企业参会流程

企业选择相应的套餐服务和会刊广告，填写好《展位预订单》，并加盖贵司公章；企业将《展位预订单》和《营业执照》复印件传真给客户经理。 |

企业预订展位，确定展位号，并在《展位预订单》回传后的一周内交付相应套餐的款项。 |

| 金领职位网上发布 |
|
企业在网站注册，系统自动开通帐号，招聘企业可通过网站直接发布最新的招聘信息，老客户可直接使用已有的用户名密码登陆。 |
|
|
|
| 海报设计稿确认 |
|
企业在规定时间内确认最终海报设计稿后，通知客户经理，组委会将统一进行喷绘；客户经理将设计师设计好的电子版海报传给企业，企业确认是否有错误或需要更改的地方，并及时反馈给客户经理（企业有 2 次修改权限）；企业在规定期限内按照要求将一定格式和内容的海报和会刊资料传给相应的客户经理，逾期自行处理；企业如对展位有特殊要求，请及时以书面形式通知客户经理，并支付相关费用。 |

|
客户经理在招聘会前一周内，将参会确认函传给企业；企业代表持确认函（必须加盖贵司公章）于招聘会当天 8:00-9:00 签到，进入会场，求职者 9 点入场。 | |
